Last night's signing at the Egyptian Theater turned out to be a huge success. Thank you to everyone who showed up. Including the surprise guest...
James Ellroy. While he doesn't have a story in the anthology, he showed up to introduce the films at the festival. After the signing, we went out to dinner at Musso & Franks, where the food sucks but the martinis are perfect. Who knows what other kind of surprises are in store for the remaining L.A.
