Preparing for Vegas Next week is the big national mystery convention, a little shindig called BoucherCon, named after pulp writer and esteemed mystery reviewer Anthony Boucher. (For the record, my favorite Boucher book is Rocket to the Morgue). This year it's being held in Las Vegas, which means that instead of getting kicked out of the hotel bar at closing time, we'll most likely get kicked out for some other reason. I'll be attempting daily postings during the show to share the fun and excitement. Until then, there's work to be done!
